My friends Nicole and Nevin got married this past weekend in a beautiful beach house in Maine. As they had officially signed a few weeks earlier, this was more of a casual wedding party with friends and family. Here’s how it went down…

The obligatory hanging dress & accessories shots 😉

Cool decorations around the beach house.

Home made stuff’s always the best.

Casual party or not, Nicole was a bit nervous despite marrying the guy for a second time 😉

He was ready for the festivities! 🙂

Happy shocked after the guests actually started arriving?

Perfect match.

Let me see, how many weddings have I had — one, two… 😉

If you couldn’t tell, that’s Nicole’s mom. She says things like “for realz” and “dude” and is all around awesome.

The rowdy bunch.

Grandpa had some pretty fun stories.

Because you obviously need a wheelbarrow full of iced beer…

Another cutie!

Everybody wants a piece of the bride.

Speech time.

People loved it, especially Tyler in the corner 😉

Hey everyone!

The youngest (and easily cutest) guest!

Their guestbook had photos from the official signing, pretty cool idea. I left a note in Bulgarian, good luck figuring that one out 😉

The rocking chairs were a big hit.

Grandma Moreau was amazing!

She put the ring on it 😉

The Canadian bunch, eh!

The little girl really liked the flower in Nicole’s hair so she proceeded to grab it intensely 🙂

More bars in more places? I guess you’d have to have lived in the US to get that 😉

Cool little moment.

Besties reunited.

I think she was telling Nevin how hugging is really important in the Dionne family… oh fun times.

Black & white really seems to work at weddings.

We decided to head to the beach late in the afternoon to catch some of that great light at sundown.

It was so bright I had to give them a 3-2-1 countdown so they open their eyes for a second… worth it.

Easily my favorite shot of the day.

Runaway bride, the sequel?

What a great day that was… thanks you two, cheers and all the best! See you at wedding 3, what are we thinking Canada or Costa Rica this time? 😉
Very nicely captured…loved all the pics!
Looks like a great day. Lovely pictures!
Thank you Ellen and Pankajrawat!
Thank you so so so much, Hristo! I’ll forgive you for posting my pre-party freakout face 😉
Magnifiques photos! Anne-louise
