50 moments in berlin, part 4

Part four of the series… sorry for the downer song, couldn’t find an upbeat one for this post despite being in a great mood. I already have something in mind for the last edition though πŸ˜‰

He’d chosen some pretty bold colors for his shop… but it does the trick, people wanted to see what’s inside.

  • NICE photos. Do you have any recommendations on places to hang out in Berlin, like parks, bars etc? I will be going in mid August! so excited:)

    • Oh there’s so many places, can’t put them all in one list. Just walk around town and feel the vibe of the place πŸ˜‰ Having said that, it’s worth going to areas like Kottbusser Tor and Schlesischer Tor (or Kreuzberg in general, plenty of bars and cool hangout places), Tempelhof (former airport that is now a giant park), East Side Gallery, Rosenthaler Platz and Mauerpark (Prenzlauer Berg in general), or the parks near the Spree or any of its canals. Also, venture a little outside of town to any of the surrounding lakes (Wannsee and the like) or Potsdam and Sanssouci. I haven’t even included the main tourist attractions like the Branderburger Tor, Berliner Dom or Fernsehturm, but you’ll get to those anyway. Enjoy πŸ™‚
